My name is Ed Marino.
I have been working with Emerald Tree Boas since 1986.
Driven by my older brother’s passion, I began working
with Northern ETB’s until about 1997, when I purchased
my first Amazon Basin ETB.
In order to gear my collection toward producing the
dream emerald I hand in my mind (a two scale stripe with big,
long crossbars and massive diamonds), I purchased captive
born babies which had the characteristics I was looking
for and raised them to produce the look I was after.
That dream has been produced several times over now.
Take a look inside at some exceptional textbook and
non-textbook basins, and maybe I can help you produce
the dream you have as well.
Terms
Payment
Prepayment is required with all orders. Personal checks must clear before the animals can be shipped. Please contact us by phone to be sure the animal(s) you are interested in is still available before sending any money.
Guarantee
Live arrival will be guaranteed with FedEx shipments when temperatures are between 28 – 85 degrees F and the package is picked up at the closest FedEx sort facility. When shipping via the airlines we guarantee live arrival as long as temperatures are between 40 – 90 degrees F along the entire shipping route. Packages must be picked up within 3 hours of arrival. Live arrival is not guaranteed with “door to door” shipments. Be sure to inspect the animal at the time of pickup. If a problem exists please contact us immediately.
All of our animals are healthy and feeding at the time of shipment and should continue to thrive for you. If you have difficulty with feeding or suspect any health problems please contact us as soon as possible. We will do everything we can, within reason, to assist you.
Veterinary health certificates are required for most international order and can be included with domestic purchases at your request but will incur additional charges. Charges will vary depending on the level of testing you request.
We recommend all new acquisitions to any collection be quarantined for a minimum of 30 days. Examinations by your own qualified reptile veterinarian is also advisable.
Refunds
Initial deposits on babies will be refunded in full if we cannot provide you with the animal agreed upon. Deposits and payment plans delinquent more than 60 days will be non-refundable. At that time animals may be put back up for sale. We understand that emergencies do arise but please stay in contact with us and we will work with you as best we can. Deposit balances may be transferred to another available animal within one year of the date we receive your original deposit.
Livestock sales are final. Returns are not permitted and refunds will not be issued on animals which have left our facility, as we have no control over the environment and pathogens the animals may encounter once they leave our care. It would jeopardize our collection to expose it to a returning specimen.
This site is dedicated to my older brother – my inspiration:

Without you helping me to realize that I had your same passion
this site would not exist.
